The county is appealing to altruistic sentiments in order to "guilt" us into accepting a program that is detrimental to our well-being:
- Detrimental because it has been completely subverted by real estate developers.
The county has even made the EHO Permit Tracker difficult to find.

The apartments in many of these projects are still quite expensive, and the cost will still be beyond the means of middle income families. Plus, the designs are not family-friendly. The program only benefits real estate developers. How do we know? Developers have told us so! They are quite open about it... except when offering dishonest platitudes at county board meetings.
